Agung Jagatnatha Temple, "Sungsungan" Balinese Hindu

Agung Jagatnatha Temple Museum is located in the north of Bali, which is in front of the wide field Puputan Badung (I Gusti Ngurah Made Agung).
Agung Jagatnatha Temple which was inaugurated on May 13, 1968, were built because of the many immigrants from many villages in Bali during a visit to Denpasar has no place to pray.
So, Agung Jagatnatha Temple called "sungsungan" Hindus who settled or wander in Denpasar.
Agung Jagatnatha Temple have a pelinggih Padmasana towering, approximately 15 meters.
Besides Padmasana, in this temple there are two shrines headings that stand on either side of the front Padmasana. Meanwhile, Pelinggih Ratu Niang standing in the northeast. There was also pelinggih Karang Dalem and pelinggih Ratu Made. Beside Pelinggih near Ratu Niang, growth a tree.
As the other temple, there are also Bale Kulkul, Pamiyosan, Paselang Bale, Bale Gong, Temple Bentar, and Kori Agung (grand pemedal).
Usually people pray here at the Galungan Ceremony, Kuningan, Saraswati Day, Purnama Tilem.
Foreign tourists frequently visit the temple to see the architecture of the temple.
